That is a good question. I assume that given that RAN is disputing the ITO decision the voluntary suspension has remained in place until a final outcome is achieved whatever that would be.
I think that there was hope that the orders expected for Q4 were going to come in Q1. If that was the case there is probably life for another Q or so with cash flow.
If orders are further delayed I would say that it would be wise to suspend operations and limit outgoings to reserve cash. I think there was a statement in the last quarter or in one of the announcements that production was reduced and staff let go to reduce costs due to lower than expected orders.
Anyway, all speculation….
