Thanks, Chris, I disagree with your conclusions.

I note that you use all early 2018 references., Jan, Feb, March. If you check my post again, I was referring to the Calendar year as a whole. As I am aware the company was as transparent as it could be while it assessed outcomes. The market didn't understand it.

So half a million dollars in revenue was a bad result during a tough year?

I addressed the transparency issues I believe in explaining how crop growth reporting was recorded.

"Analysis of 2018 droughtAuthors: Steve Hatfield-Dodds, Neal Hughes, Andrew Cameron, Matthew Miller, Tom JacksonThis brief is based on a presentation by ABARES’ Executive Director to the National Drought Summit in October 2018 describing the effects of the current drought on Australian agriculture. The brief summarises current livestock market conditions, the extent of rainfall deficiencies, and the effects on crop production and farm incomes. The climate information in Figures 1 and 2 was presented to the Drought Summit by the Bureau of Meteorology.[ show all | hide all ]The current drought is severe in some regions but covers a smaller area than previous events

Victoria had some good crops early Chris which is why they were able to produce oil for the capsules and oils. But crops in NSW, like Mara farms, did do it tough, I understand.

I go by Australian govt agricultural reports Chris. As well as having attended Farm expos in 2018 and 2019. I think they were as transparent as they could be based on the knowledge they could release to market at the time after discussions with farmers. As I mentioned, it was Social Media that blew it out of proportion, respectfully.
