How quickly we move from $700 per kg, to $400 per kg.

I would be interested to know how many plants are needed to get 1kg of isolate.
some research I've found, suggests 15kg of dried flower = 1kg of CBD isolate. (6.5% CBD content by dry flower weight)
I had an interesting read here https://are.uconn.edu/wp-content/uploads/sites/2327/2020/02/ZwickOR66_Feb25.pdf (do remember its in POUNDS and ACRES) but to summarize, 2,000 plants per acre =~ 2500 pounds of dried flower.
CGB - 10,000 plants = 12,500 pounds = 5,669.90KG. @ 6.5% yield = 368.54kg of CBD.
Notwithstanding any costs, CGB only owns 55% of CGT - best case scenario, 100% margin (yes ridiculous i know), at a premium USD$700/kg
368.54 x 700 = $257,980 x 55% = USD$141,889.

Bugger. I'm not so excited now. It is double their last quarterly revenue. It would at least cover the staff costs. Oh wait. We never took out the contract growers fees. Lets hope they are very very cheap. And they get premium pricing.

And yes i do remember there is another 15,000 plants for the plant funding program. remember that there is a cut that goes to the investors who funded that. No idea what it is, but I'm sure they didn't throw in their funds to get a 1% return.
