“We have been told many times that $$$ are not needed ATM.”

We were told almost seven months ago, at the trial redesign, that we needed mid single digit millions to complete the new P2b trial. That was before the $3 mill tox study was included and before the delays in trial approvals.

We don’t have enough funds to complete the P2b study so starting the trial at this SP (cap raise needed) is asking for inevitable massive dilution at a low equity issuance (gun to the head) and bordering on unethical.

Hence the need for some sort of a deal to fund progress.
