I guess a couple of scenarios spring to mind.
1- We can’t get the CEO we want yet
2- We can’t attract a suitable CEO for whatever reason.
3- As someone previously said a CEO maybe part of some T/O or partnership.
I guess the delay also means that Anthony has either not applied or is not considered suitable which is interesting in itself. “Well advanced” is not exactly a meaningful update in any case.
