Yep I am grateful that we have WP but sometimes I would prefer he kept in mind how small we are. Maybe 80 employees and we employ a Personnel Officer (with a title that gurantees and extra zero on top of what a Personal Officer would earn. Up even from "HR". A "People Person" or something.) My kindergarten class was almost that big. We dont have thousands of employees just yet, and while the cash burn is high we should have only "essential", not "nice to have" employees.
