they usually side with hirers whenever there is a disagreement about damage (camplify go to answer is it's fair wear and tear, even for things that are blatant misuse or abuse), they do a terrible job vetting hirers, heaps of stories of people getting through the system either with no licence checks or even worse with fake licence and vans have been stolen and camplify insurance won't even cover it, just say your fault for not checking the licence? then there is the constant increase in fees, basically I'm getting the same $ per day hiring a $70,000 van now that I did 5 years ago for a $30,000 van, because camplify keep increasing fees to eat any extra inflation in hire revenue. the insurance through camplify seems to get worse every year as well covering less and less, then when you decide to cancel premium membership to get your own insurance that actually covers you then they treat you like a dog. when they first started it was a good company but they have become so arrogant thinking they can do what they want snd people will keep taking it, well not me and not a lot of others.
