just a reminder everyone. last years November 2022 Investor Presentation. There is a product development pipeline chart showing how far each product is/was (in months) from being FDA Approved and Lunched. Prilocaine & Lidocaine Cream (Elma Cream) and Efinaconazole - (Jublia) are both in the same column, a 3 to 6 month timeline to be launched. As we now know Elma was launched a month later in December 2022. that leaves only Jublia. The whole reason for ACR to go Generic started with Jublia. Hopefully some really good news is not far away. ACR already has FDA approval for a Jublia Generic. We are waiting for the terms of the US Court Case to play out. Terms that were confidential. The Jublia Patent Litigation Court Case was Settled in April 2019. Jet
