was reading a Buffet quote. he said words to the effect........ when talking to an industry insider, they won't talk about their company. but they happily talk about the competition. the insider knows what the competition's strengths and weaknesses in relation to their company. it's most likely Pagais was well aware of Akorn Pharma's problems before most of the market did.
