What cannot be swept under the carpet is what PH did with Sterling & Regal back in 2021, then shares were shorted – manipulated !!
No wonder the SP dipped again to a new all-time low of .041c a share
Zoono Group Limited (ASX: ZNO) ASX ANNOUNCEMENT 8th June 2021Well regarded UK and AU funds purchase 7m shares in Zoono Group Limited (Company) advises that London based independent investment management boutique, Sterling Investment Management Limited, has purchased two million shares in the Company from founder, Paul Hysop’s, family trust for AU$0.70c per share The totalconsideration paid was AUD $1,400,000.
In addition Regal Funds Management Pty Ltd, a multiple Australian award winning fund manager has purchased 5m shares at a price of AU $0.70 per shares for AUD $3,500,000. The total sale consideration was AUD $4.9m, less brokerage.
