Incorrect - it is a unmarketable parcel share sale facility not a share buy back.

Meaning they are going to force sell anyone who has a holding of less than 45,455 on market and provide those holders then money but the company will pay any brokerage/handling costs so the holders just get the cash after the sale is completed.

This creates sell pressure not buy pressure and the SOI remains the same.



This isn't a buy back so unless you have inside information that they are going to do a share buy back it is incorrect or please reference the announcement that says they are doing a share buy back.

As a buy back would require shareholder approval such as when ICI did it as the board are then diverting funds away from operations so need SHers to approve which EM1/SP8 haven't done as yet.
