What i cannot understand is why even at this price there are no take over offers?

If there were even slither of potential any company would buy this and use their resources to rebuild the brand for an easy profit. And yet, as the price nears closer to ZERO each week (as does their cash at bank balance) there are no offers.

I must agree the potential for profit here is just too good. But annual revenue is declining. What happened to delisting? How will they raise more money? They cant grow the company and cut costs. No interest to buy only supports the potential that LVT is not in a healthy position.
