It looks like the loan holders of $845k are wanting to stay in that position so if and when the company falls over they as creditors (PP etal) can seek to take all 100% of the company in exchange for the debt owed. Why dont they just covert it all to equity at 1.1c like others have done?
In the mean time the company just trys to flog as much equity out untill there is no more appetite. And offer zillions of options like coffeti which will never be exercised. Its a financial basket case run by hopeless incompetent people. The olympic team of Eric the Eel
