It’s worth noting that if they do continue to be cash flow positive and ‘profitable’. A 4C is no longer required. Quarterly is a very short period of time to report progress for a business, I’d be happy with a yearly and half yearly along with any other market sensitive announcements.
I think they have the opportunity to just rip the band aid off and really focus on receipts. Should grow reasonably from here. In saying that, ACV seems to be a good indicator of what their customers could spend or were expected to spend and while there is quite a lag, at least it indicates that future receipts are likely to grow.
