Just reading this again given it was the last time we heard from the company where they indicated:
- last time ACV was reported was on 31 Oct 2022 (so that will be 8 mths ago at the end of June)
- claimed ACV stands between USD 19.7-22.1m PENDING outcome of remaining customer contract renewals (so communication of new contracts and/or confirmation of ACV so assume renewals did not go as plan)
- expects ACV growth trajectory resumes in 4Q and FY24 (which again seems to confirm some issue)

The fact that they reference ACV multiple times and we are 2 mths later and no further communication seems an incredibly poor decision by management to not front up and be honest with shareholders and IMO is a large driver of why the share price has more than halved since last Oct.

They had between Oct to Apr to work out a strategy on ACV and the best they could come up with seems to be no communication what-so-ever. Incredibly disappointing to say the least.
