My meaning was for those particular contracts and the speculation, in this forum, of Pointerra's involvement. I would have expected an announcement if Pointerra was involved - so a lack of one coinciding with their being awarded is telling - Pointerra is probably not involved!
I don't disagree with you, they have little control over this type of thing and I am sure the frustration of management and the company far outweighs mine. Having said that we are on a stock discussion forum and quarterly after quarterly of carrot on a stick can be frustrating.
I remain a holder and continue to accumulate, while also being frustrated. Hopefully when looking back I will appreciate this all as being able to build a bigger position with the share price this low.
