I presume it is because PME just won a large contract replacing a PACS system (not Mach7's but presumably of the variety) with their own full-stack solution. I don't follow PME closely but to my impression they are now more in Mach7's space that previously was the case, and perhaps the market doesn't like the increased competition. The same of course can be said in the opposite direction with Mach7's acquisition of Unity.
