    As I understand it, the Board directs and the CEO executes. Maybe it’s the Chairman who needs to be removed as much as the CEO. Both talk a big game and the Chairman was/is an expected link to Military opportunities. If I still owned I would vote for the removal of the Chairman in tandem.
