think you have forgotten that the company bought the whole patent portfolio from Dr Kalina next company, Kalex, with all the upgrades and modifications for gen 2…yes basic cycle May well have expired but not all the fence posts around it …Good thing about the CC and CCS projects is that board have generated projects that do not need Kalina cycle while Baker Hughes develop product utilising Kalina cycle…..maybe they don’t know what you know about expiry…..!! ..I think not…..
