usually these raises are done in 2 stages….1 to get enough dosh in the sophs space. 2. They then allow us small peeps to participate at the same price on a 1 for 3 or 4 or similar , maybe even sweetening it with options for us and not them( that would be new) to top up the raise buy another 20-30% if we all take our full allocation, which we never do, it’s usually about 30-50%takeup only so thats why they need both sections. I dont have a lot of spare cash right now but it would be tempting to top up at 5c imo.I see big changes in the mcap of this company once they hit the 6 month mark of the trial( Nov?) as they can get efficacy readouts on the trial subjects. The market is not really clued into this yet and thinks its a 3 year thing.
