seems yes re the 3.8m loan, agree does seem odd as to why, other than having other at 6.8% to allay concerns re liquidity.
the regal they have drawn down 7m of the 20.5m, but as it is allocating shares as payment, i believe the annual limit without shareholder approval has been reached
5282 spent for quarter if not including advance starlink 3m expense, or 2282 spent over income from customer
