Yes so as at 31 Dec 22 they issued shares to Regal for $3,000,000
And this quarter ( March 23) a further shares issue of $4,000,000
so total drawdown so far $7 millions with Regal.

As at 31 Dec 22 and still as at 31 March 23 (unchanged) still owe
current liability $2,000,000 to Litigation (@20% interest) of total facility of $4,000,000
and $1,815,000 to Grant Booker (@6.85%+) of total facility of
$10,000,000
