IMO the market just want big DOD contract and you will see buyers will come to this honey pot. Just to let you know we had small patch last year June when directors bought small parcel of shares and it took AR9 price from 1 cent to 2.2 cent. It should give you insight how big fluctuation will be when AR9 moves.
