Great analysis!
I originally looked at the 329k revenue number and thought "wow, that's an impressive improvement", then saw where the $450k was accounted for and realised that 250k of the revenue was the one off court proceeding, meaning that the revenue for the quarter was really 79k or 15-20% lower than last quarter, which makes it the third time (these have been the last three quarters) in the company's history that they have failed to reach new revenue of 100k and is only 2k higher than their record low revenue.
This report could be used as a case study for how YPB attempts to manipulate shareholders. Bragging about the cash burn of 124k, when the ongoing cash burn is really 574k, and it would be very easy for someone to miss that 329k of revenue was 75% air. Then there are the other points made by talkalot in his/her very astute post.
