Note what happened with Tyro the board got an offer of I believe 1.70 per share but they kept delaying ultimately the buyer withdrew the offer and share now tanked to 95cents.

Greens are idiots they are politicians who only care about themselves.In my view what ever decision shareholders take be prepared for consequences so weigh pros and cons before saying yes or no.

i highly doubt the small retail fishes votes saying no would compete against geoff 10% or so stack and his crew saying YES.
