September 2022 – (negative 60)
December 2022 – (negative 49)
March 2023 – (positive 109)
Positive cashflow on leased assets would either be a sale or re-lease of the leased assets with gains to the lessor rather than asset owner or maybe they sold an existing asset for sale and leaseback that released cash from the balance sheet asset to be paid back later.
Not sure what was done but magically "This quarter marks a milestone in the Company's history having achieved positive operating cashflows."
