I will have to revisit the presentation I had watched previously. Im not up to speed on this detail on this trial but I'm not going to blindly grant that using HA standalone would have been best practice or necessary given HA and saline were statistically indifferent in the phase 2 trial (albeit slight uptick on HA - hence they thought they would include HA + cells as an arm here). HA in itself is not a standard of care item for backpain nor a standard placebo arm control either so that further muddies the waters (also as far as i know, hence i am very skeptical on what you are suggesting here, particularly given your behaviour in this thread as a supposed medical professional).
