I recommend you reanalyse everything you have said in the post above because not only are you wrong, and negligent, in how you have read "the way it is written", you've confused yourself with the two different $40 Million dollar figures, you've then misrepresented the AV funding quarters and you've left out information regarding when loan repayments would start relative to the quarters (section 7.5 and 7.6 for your perusal).
