I'm pretty positive on this company overall but cash burn rate is definitely a concern. They are certainly growing sales very rapidly but if they can't deliver a positive operating cash flow in their next quarter, which is a cyclically strong quarter, I would start to have some concerns. Negative $4m operating cash flows year-to-date is primarily due to stockpiling a large amount of product in anticipation of demand. Now its time to prove that demand exists. Ideally, we would see $4.5m+ cash receipts from customers in Q4 at a minimum.
