Overall cash position is approx $1mill lower at end of the Q but would have been better had it not been for legals and of course all past sins.
Management is 'cautiously optimistic about business prospects...' for the current Q - that's much better than just wishful thinking.
Wonder how long the court case will drag on in time and how much more drain on finances to come before any amount of compensation may be recouped.
