Rather bizarre. It looks to me as if “new feasibility advisory contracts” are like simply ordinary quoting/tendering for jobs, the only notable customer revenue is coming from the construction of a yard owned by the company’s chairman/major shareholder, and the taxpayer via “R&D rebates” is covering the quarterly staff costs here. The company is looking increasingly like a heavily conflicted Centrelink parallel.
