I swear you must be one of the directors! They have been refinancing (loans) for years, last time at something like 10% when interest rates were around 2%. Then they couldn’t get any more loans so they had to sell off assets (Keysborough plant). That 18M didn’t last long. Then they did the share offer so what else is left? More asset sales but then they need some income to pay the rent.
They have also claimed that their results suffered due to egg shortage (had to pay higher prices for eggs they bought) and also when there was an egg surplus (got less for their eggs). Go figure. Can’t have it both ways unless you’re FRM
