They have run out of cash. Had to pull back on expansion, with zero logical pivot to counter the downside.
It appears they are trying to protect the cash they are burning like thermite. Little bursts not reaching the expected outcomes.
If they have an expected outcome, they clearly don't know it, or they are not disclosing honestly to the market.
IMHO dump it.
