    here is some things that probably will make that value higher

    - network of hospitals currently using the device, Spain, Israel, Australia, New Zealand, Israel >> this is confirmed from public announcements that we have in the last three months;

    - meeting with FDA in about 8 weeks as per announcement

    - Germany and China perhaps at the cusp of starting, plus other European countries

    - hard hitters Defender on board, aka Martin and Keith related entities ( should make for surprises on its own)
