On another note, the question I had been asking myself, why was the Quarterly delayed until close. The webinar announcement could also have been a reason for that,
Some SHs would have taken from that, a deal is probably ready and they would’ve probably purchased on market , just saying
or they waited with a Quarterly so they could include the webinar, but as the day went on, there was no clarity what exactly was happening
so at close they included the webinar anyway hoping it would be useful coming week
I must say this is definitely Brian’s signature move here
compare to Resapp —- many months of due deligence, extremely tight lipped, nothing ever transpired to the normal SHs, and then webinar and QA before the big announcement of trade sale
