Far from priced in. Montviel once funding sorted for project and getting down their costs is valued at a 2.5 billion dolllar market cap with 82 billion dollars worth of sales to extract from the deposit. Below is a brokers report done in 2016 calling the Montviel upside an untapped 2.5 billion dollar deposit. That 2.5 billion dollar deposit on production in 2023 rare earth pricing is a 4.3 billion dollar market cap:
