Auditors may have woken up when EWC had no cashflow after the Indo power station stopped operating, however since then the power station is back up and running and EWC now have revenue from gas sales, plus $US30m in the bank. They are possibly still operating at a slight loss, but not terminal given that they now have money in the bank.
