Everything wrong with this business in one chart: it is scaling the wrong way... as cash receipts grow, expenses grow faster. They raised that cash at $0.20 for the purpose of their "aggressive global acquisition strategy", and here they are at $0.048 whittling away the cash balance on working opex.
