What's interesting here from the last 2 qtrs and FY23 picture.
- Jul Qtr was a return to target EBITDA/Rev >10%. Holding this level would be transformative for the company. Minus debt EBITDA is a stronger pointer to health of ACU
- A key driver of success in Jul Qtr appears to be admin and corp costs dropping QoQ. But will it hold?. Watching this one. Has this been restructured or was this a one-off or timing issue?. Vs average for FY23 this accounts for a $500k improvement on a Q and vs March Q it's $1m. Hmmm
- Beware Staff costs marched up 6% in the Qtr... is this a sign of things to come again? After the restructure the indication was to hold as firm as possible.
- Only if it becomes clear via consistent QOQ results that this level of margin is maintained will ACU shares get some love. The flip side. Another 3-4 Qtrs like this and there will be some love...
