Admin costs dropping should be mostly maintained going forward, noting a restructure to non valuation staff members, cost cutting essentially.
I also note that staff costs increasing will typically correlate with revenue, as valuers are paid % commission on fees they write, if everyone is writing more fees valuer wages increase.
