early indications of efficacy can be as early as 6 months after dosing using technology rather than patient reported visual changes/symptoms. I am sure they will be looking at a few patients if not all given the numbers in Ph1. Probably not the lowest dose, but maybe the second dose level,, so around feb next year. If all goes well with the 3rd dose level re toxicity, and they can show retinal changes that approximate what they have seen in previous work, That’s when the fireworks will be lit imo.
