It fascinates me as to WHO is building this new website for the company that the chairman has an interest.
Let's face Frugl was on its knees.
Why did Mr. Yip suddenly appear from nowhere, take over the board, and decide to use Frugl for his new superduper Asian retail grocer website?
Frugl has never built a website and has no grocery data customers after years in the business.
Why does Walker who was on the board and is the largest shareholder suddenly hand over the complete operation? Why does Wild the chairman suddenly resign some months back? What is the CEO in Brisbane now doing as it appears they know that the Frugl app is cactus?
What happens with the so-called new website being built by so-called Frugl is useless?
CEO in Brisbane, Administration (Walkers Cicero) in Subiaco Perth, Yip and his board in Kuala Lumpa?
.......and the company is currently running on an oily rag with cash for popcorn!
