Also going on David track record of sorting out legal or accounting matters left by Karl then it would not suprise me if he negotiates a deal with One Ventures and converts remainder of the loan into convertible notes or something similar. They all ready have %40 in convetible notes so it could be a possibility considering Oneventures can make a lot more than %9.5 if they do this.

If david can do this while cutting Karl at same time then this would put us close to cash flow positive.
