There is a strategy that focuses on profitability, maintaining NIM and a clean book, and also cutting costs. And fair enough, most of these Fintech companies overspent at some stage and now they need to deliver efficiency. But... It is also a very competitive market. The risk is that they will be left behind by 2-3 others public and private companies that seem to be doing fine. That consolidation must be done swiftly, and this can be done if they have adequate management.
