I see the issues as once you drop out of a particular market, as is what has happened with my business, you find an alternative lender to cover that base.
I am in this position now with a client wanting 35k to finish their new build.
So Now Finance and Prospa are now getting those WISR deals. So how do they win those introducers back they are currently shunning? Just saying we're back wont cut it, so then they will be back to discounting to re claim market share.
Not the best strategy, but time will tell I guess.
