Yes, they were. But I recall being castigated here for daring to suggest that we squeeze Ellume for what we can get.
So, the former chair and CEO weren’t the only ones being played. We had Sean Parsons by the short and curlies. And what did we do? We let him off because, ‘he’s our friend.’
When Ellume Aust. went belly up, he may have squeezed out a few crocodile tears. But, you know, it’s business. Hard headed business acumen. Something we didn’t have.
