I don't think they got rid of the unprofitable customers , from my understanding it was mentioned on the conference call they encouraged them to move to the so called analogue arm of Credit clear "Credit Solutions" where they receive 20% of the amount debt collected along with other fees for items such as a Notice of Demand.
