Yea this just highlights how pathetic this deal is. 47% growth in trailing 12 month revenue from last qtr. 21% qtr on qtr growth. The deal puts them at about 13.5X QUARTERLY operating cashflow. Or about 0.75 X revenue run rate. This board must really hate their shareholders. Seriously. I would be happy about a takeover at 25+ cents, but this price here is just silly cheap given the current growth.
