    Sales are strongest during summer time as reflected on their report. So Q4 is usually the lowest in AU. Also Synergy created with Oneflare acquisition can be seen as revenue from acquired entity more than doubled Q4 22 vs Q4 23 (refer page 1 4Q23). They were in partnership with Channel 7 which resulted in massive surge in revenue and brand awareness here in AU. 7 cashed out from from their investment in IPO and then due to macro condition share price went downhill. They want to repeat this successful campaign now in UK by having partnership with Channel 4 which IMO will not only create awareness among 70% of Uk's population which 4 has access to but also create exponential revenue in UK like it did in AU prior to its IPO....Repeat similar kind of media campaign in US in future again. This is what Tim Fung mentioned in an interview of his business model. No dilution, no expenses but if successful creates business awareness and generates future growth in this model. In Uk After 5 yrs ART can buy back 20% of Channel 4's investment at fair valuation derived from UK's business revenue at that time. I think its a quite a fair deal. Inflection point for this business would be $ 10 m a year excess revenue to cover approx $ 10 m loss in FY 23 which is highly likely from UK operation alone due to this partnership with Channel 4. On a conservative basis, AU revenue grew 44% in FY23 from FY22, increased by approx $ 13m . At this growth rate in AU, even if growth slowed to $ 10 m ( 23% less than FY23) in FY 24, we would still be cash flow positive without UK or US market help. IMO, DYOR.
