All ECT has devolved into is a shell just announcing plans to maybe assemble a demonstration model to 'showcase' something to someone who wants to drive to a builder's yard at Bacchus Marsh.

I'm struggling to understand the level of managerial planning ability displayed by taking over the Yalhourn White Elephant office block in somewhere the company has no facilities then now hoping they can entice community groups to use it.

What is this saying about the strategic planning capabilities going on?

Maybe they hoping the Men's Shed will hook up a wind turbine and bodge up some mechanical structure for free?

Or the 10 MW hydrogen fuelled gas turbine Graphenex was supplying?
